Payment Settings

You can view your payment history, update your credit card information, or cancel a recurring payment (UBC or Library subscription) in the personal information.

To access your payment information:

  1. Click on your name in the upper-right corner of your screen and select Account Settings
  2. Go to the "Account" tab
  3. Scroll down and you will see a "Payment History" area, this is where you update your credit card information as well as view your payment history
  4. If you want to cancel your Unlimited Basic Client feature or a Library subscription, you will see a link under the Active Recurring Payment area to cancel.  There will also be a link there that allows you to update the credit card that is used for the subscriptions.
