Post Workout Notifications
Post Workout Notifications will send you an email when one of your Premium, Self-Paid Premium or Shared Premium clients updates a workout or meal.
To access the Post Workout Notification settings:
- Click on your name in the upper-right corner of your screen and select "Account Settings"
- Go to the "Post Workout Notifications"
- Select the clients you want for notifications.
- Premium clients and Shared premium clients will be listed in separate columns

Verify that you and your client both have a valid email addressIMPORTANT: Verify that you and your client have both Validated your Email address (required by all users)If you have validated your email but a client has not, you will NOT receive Post Workout Notifications for that client

Verify that you have Post Workout Notifications enabled (see steps above)

Check if the client is shared with you and not actually attached. Shared clients do not trigger notifications. To check, click on the name in the client list and the pop-up will say "Shared Client" if that's the case.

Verify the client is actually logging data in their TrainingPeaks.com online account

Only 1 Workout will be sent per email, including link to workout data (if present), which is sent 30 to 60 minutes after client saves the workout (duplicates removed)

The client must be a Premium status client, Basic clients do not trigger notification emails

Make sure the client is logging post-activity comments, total time, or distance to the workouts in question
