CRS+

Create courses

Manually create interesting and challenging courses on CRS+ by using our powerful editing tools, or use an existing .crs file from the web or packaged with your CompuTrainer. Create and edit GPS, altimetric and topographic courses for CompuTrainer 3D and PC1, as well as the Tacx I-Magic Catalyst indoor electric trainer.

Customize

Build multi-lap courses and "out and back" courses. Mirror any set of sections to simulate shorter out and back rides like you'd get by climbing mountains with dead-ends.

Import

Import files from your Polar s710/720/725 Altimeter. You could also use data from a Garmin GPS receiver, any topographic software packages that support the .GPX file format, or the Garmin Forerunner .XML format.

ERG+

Replicate your favorite outdoor rides

ERG+ is desktop software that allows for graphical workout editing and converts power files into .erg files for use on the CompuTrainer. This is a great way to take your favorite outdoor rides and replicate them indoors.

Modify rides

The easy-to-use graphical interface of ERG+ allows you to modify portions of an outdoor ride by "rubber-banding" or “picking-and-dragging” with your mouse. You can also vary the power levels of a ride rather than selecting a single, constant power level to take some of the boredom out of riding for a long time in a particular "zone".

Combine workouts

Combine multiple workout files into a single new workout that has all the elements you need for the perfect training ride. Once combined, all of the details within the new workout can be modified without affecting the original contents of the component files.

Analyze

ERG+ can automatically import and identify features within a power workout, and group them into interval sequences or time-segmented sequences. You can also remove features that are detected, but you don't care to repeat. Sequences can be easily edited to suit your desired ergometer-replica ride.

Calculate intervals

ERG+ will calculate interval statistics for you and your coach, even for rides that were not done in intervals (such as time trials). You can still fit these workouts into “hats” and “wedges” to discern breaks in your efforts and see long-term trends in your performance.

Real3D

Create 3D Courses

Create 3D courses from your GPS Data. Grade and distance changes are computed as you pick and pull on points to edit a route, or insert and delete road sections. Best of all, you can edit roads anywhere on your course at any time, without deleting the sections before your editing point like the CompuTrainer 3D course builder requires you to do.

Eliminate noise

Real3D uses signal processing techniques to eliminate wandering, loops, or wiggles in track data that result from lingering to chat on a ride, riding in circles at stop lights, or answering the call of nature when you forget to turn off your GPS track recorder. We can recreate routes from a hike or climb that involve perfect vertical transitions or staircases that can't be recreated on the CompuTrainer.
