How It Works

Your 106º West training plan is loaded on our web based calendar and mobile apps for iPhone, iPad and Android, and includes daily email reminders with your planned workouts. Log completed swim, bike and run workouts or upload directly from your Timex, Garmin or any of the over 100 compatible training devices. Analyze heart rate, power, pace and other data to monitor your fitness as it improves over time.
