Train Like a Mother Club Heart Rate Challenges
Wearing a heart rate monitor is an effective way to monitor your effort, which is what you'll do in these challenges as we guide your through 20 weeks of hear rate based training. Among other skills, you'll learn to keep your easy runs at a physiologically beneficially level and sprinkle in deliberate speed development that nets impressive results without risking injury or burnout.
The result? You'll build essential building block to expand your endurance base (hello PR!): keep injuries at bay; lesson post-run fatigue; and make running a long race feel very doable and fun (Truly!).
Along the way, the Train Like a Mother Club and your fellow Challengers will give you all the community, camaraderie and support you need to run your strongest, most enjoyable half-marathon or marathon yet.
