1.2 Winter Base Training Part 2, Coggan Classic Training Levels (Power,HR,RPE), 8-12 Hrs, Wks 11-18

This Winter Base Training plan is built on the Coggan Classic Training Levels and will be the difference maker in your base training this winter! This 8-week base building plan is devised to be used as the next step to 1.1 Winter Base Training Coggan Classic Training Levels. The plan is designed by coach Tim Cusick, Training Peaks WK04 product leader and master coach with Velocious Endurance Coaching. This CUTTING EDGE plan is for the serious competitive cyclist, whether you are racing or getting ready for a big event, these plans will give you all the tools you need to take your training up a notch or two. Using Power, Heart Rate or Perceived exertion this plan uses all new workouts geared toward getting you the extra increases you are looking to achieve. Age isn’t as important as how much recovery you need. The Masters plan will have more recovery time. So if you recover quickly and want more work, choose the standard plan, if you want more recovery choose the Masters plan.
