12 Week BS&G 50 Mile Training Plan

This plan is for the motivated cyclists who wants to thrive at the Blood Sweat and Gears 50 mile ride in Valle Crucis, NC (http://www.bloodsweatandgears.org/)

This plan assumes you are already riding 6-7 hours per week and you train with a heart rate monitor or power meter. The plan starts at 9 hours of riding and builds to a peak of 12 hours.
