12 Week Progressive Cyclo Cross Training Plan

This Cyclo Cross training plan is aim at the improving Cyclo-Cross rider who has some under standing of how to train. The sessions are a mixture of road riding / turbo training / running / circuit training and racing. This 12 week progressive training plan is aimed at someone wishing to peak for a cyclo cross race. The 12 week building plan should be started around 4 weeks before the start of the cross season. You will need to aim to have approximately 8 to 12hrs per week to train with some days having split short sessions of around 1hr.
