16 week Olympic plan Agressive 14+ hours

This is not a plan for the beginner or someone that has less than 14 hours per week (Not every week) to work hard and get fit and ready to race! This can be, and should be, tailored to the athlete that is stronger in one discipline than the others by simply elminating one workout of the stronger discipline and optionally adding another workout of the athlete's weakest discipline. Please note that the reference to TTT is my first company I started and not applicable to those outside of the Dallas-Ft Worth region
