20 week Half Ironman 70.3 TSS based

This 20 week plan is designed for a mid level triathlete with a goal of finishing a half Ironman 70.3. The plan is speed and TSS based. You don't need to keep track of your TSS score but will want to for best results. Bike workout zones are entered with Power and Heart rate. For TSS tracking you will need a Garmin 910XT
