2015 KC Tri Training Plan

This 2 month plan is for triathletes specifically wishing to successfully complete the Kansas City Triathlon on May 17, 2015. Target is athletes with limited or no experience training for an Olympic or Sprint distance triathlon
Besides basic swimming, biking and running equipment the athlete should have an indoor trainer and a reliable Heart Rate Monitor. Plan incorporates local training events for swimming, cycling and running.
