2015 Legend 100 Training Plan

This 4 month plan is for triathletes specifically wishing to successfully complete the Legend 100 on June 7th, 2015. Athletes should have experience with triathlons.
Besides basic swimming, biking and running equipment the athlete should have an indoor trainer and a reliable Heart Rate Monitor. The plan incorporates optional local events such as a Half Marathon in April and the KC Triathlon May 17, 2015.
Purchasing this Plan also includes a free registration into the Legend Triathlon Training Camp May 8-10 (Friday evening as well as Saturday and Sunday), a $175 value.
