2016 HHH Pace Group 5hr 100mile Plan

This plan is tailored for participants of the HHH100 5 Hour Pace Group. It will work for anyone interested in achieving a PR for a century ride, but includes specific elements to prepare for the unique challenges of riding in a controlled group atmosphere, rather than riding alone or with a very small group. The plan starts on May 29, and assumes that the athlete has basic experience with group riding and has been riding for at least 6 months. Time commitments will be around 8-10 hours per week, with the longest week at 12 hours.
