This mountain bike training plan is customized to the 2016 NICA Utah South league training and race schedule. The training plan starts with practice #1 on July 1st and ends at the State Championship race November 5th, 2016.
This is a Varsity level training plan designed to prepare racers to compete at Varsity speed and distances. Four practices per week on Mon, Wed, Fri and Saturday are scheduled along with the 5 league races. Yoga practices, stretching and core training are also included in the training plan.
