2016 NICA Utah South Varsity mountain bike training plan

This mountain bike training plan is customized to the 2016 NICA Utah South league training and race schedule. The training plan starts with practice #1 on July 1st and ends at the State Championship race November 5th, 2016. This is a Varsity level training plan designed to prepare racers to compete at Varsity speed and distances. Four practices per week on Mon, Wed, Fri and Saturday are scheduled along with the 5 league races. Yoga practices, stretching and core training are also included in the training plan.
