3 rides per week - Get Ready for Cyclocross In Just 4 weeks

Get ready to race cyclocross in just 4 weeks! This plan includes 5 rides and up to 8 hours of quality training per week. Dirt School training plans have been written for riders by riders, bringing together your body and your bike riding in simple sessions. We hope that in doing so we will give your normal riding structure without losing any fun. By following this training plan, you will improve your fitness through riding your bike outdoors and off-road as often as possible. It is also our mission to help you learn training and fitness essentials as you improve your fitness while enjoying your favourite trails. To complete this training plan, you will need: • A bike • A bike friendly stopwatch or timer • Sufficient spare time to complete the prescribed sessions • Access to a variety of trails Additional training tools to help you make the most of your training plan: • A bike computer with GPS, heart rate monitor with stopwatch function • An indoor trainer • A power meter
