4 week Try a Triathlon Program

This 4 week plan is based on beginners. Leading up to a Try a Triathlon type event. If in Auckland, this could be a fantastic build to one of the Panasonic Events or similar. You can move your rest days around if required. But, as you are just starting out, enjoy the rest days and make sure you keep everything in moderation. The key is consistency and aiming to complete all the training.
