This 5k training plan is designed for experienced to advanced runners.
I have used this plan for twenty years to prepare my adult runners for the Carlsbad 5000 in Carlsbad, California.
I use my 10-point goal-setting and training approach in conjunction with this plan. This requires substantial upfront planning before starting the program.

*If a Denver metro area resident, attendance at any weekly practice in Boulder
*Coaching support at selected Boulder area events
