6 Gap 12 Week Plan (Heart Rate, Power or RPE)

This plan is for the competitive/recreational cyclist who has a full 3 months to devote to improving their climbing and maximize their preparation to bring themselves to a peak for their goal event. It is designed specifically to give you the fitness you need to complete the 6 Gap Century quicker and with less fatigue. It is for those who want to really want to improve their ability to climb more effectively and improve their time. This plan will improve your fitness, performance and overall enjoyment at 6 Gap this year.
