7.3 Mountain Bike Power Build 1-2 with Coggan Classic Levels, Power, HR, PE, 8-12 hrs/wk, Wks 17-24

This 24-week training plan was created by Tim Cusick, Training Peaks WKO4 product leader and master coach with Velocious Endurance Coaching. It includes three separate plans: MTB Base 1 and 2, MTB Base 3 and 4, and MTB Power Build 1 and 2, all using the Coggan Classic Training Levels. It is designed for the serious competitive cyclist and includes HR, power, and perceived exertion. All-new progressive fatigue resistance and intensive workouts!
