8 Week Speed Building for Runners

This plan is designed for the intermediate and advanced runner who wishes to increase speed for 5-10k racing.

It is an eight and a half week plan that begins with testing speed/cadence/heart rate at threshold and develops that threshold over eight weeks.

Runners should own AND be familiar with the following equipment prior to purchasing this plan: garmin gps watch (or equivalent) heart rate strap foot pod for speed/cadence sensing
