Boulder Roubaix

This is plan for the Masters and Cat. 3-5 level cyclist, who has 8-12 hours per week to train. The training is structured for the working life, with shorter interval focused rides Monday-Friday and longer endurance work on the weekends. The first month of this plan is focused primarily on building a strong aerobic foundation, then builds into threshold work, and finally VO2 and race specific efforts.
