So you signed up for the BWR Survival Camp... Congratulations! Now, it's time get fit enough to manage 150+ miles with >11,000ft. of climbing. This camp is in January, just after the holidays so it's imperative that you keep your form touched up and ready for this early season camp. This program will get you through the holidays and through the winter, having you at fighting weight to best take on the BWR Survival Camp! All the beauty and sights will be lost on you if you're on the side of the road in agony.
