A 6 Week Training and Racing Plan balanced around the local Colorado CX races:
Harlow Platts > Amy D > Cross of the North > US OPEN > Flatirons & Interlocken
This plan includes Yoga and Foundation work for your core, back, recovery & bike handling + 1 Completely OFF day per week.
Includes CX Skills Rides on Tuesday with drills and then a Wednesday Worlds or Hard CX Specific Interval Workout on Wednesdays : Tabatas, CX Over/Unders or 1 minute anaerobic intervals!
Openers for the races & a warm up routine to be performed on the day of the races. Includes endurance training if there is no racing on Sundays.
