Colorado Cyclocross Training & Racing Plan: Oct > State Champs Part 2

A 6Week Training and Racing Plan from Nov. 1st thru the Colorado State CX Champs! This plan includes Yoga and Foundation work for your core, back, recovery & bike handling skills + 1 Whole Completely OFF day per week. - Includes CX Skills Rides on Tuesday with drills and then a Wednesday Worlds or Hard CX Specific Interval Workout on Wednesdays. - Openers for the races and endurance training if there is no racing on Sundays. - The plan includes a non competitive weekend after Halloween for the athlete to 're-load' and refresh to finish the season strong.
