A 12 Week Training and Racing Plan balanced around the local Colorado CX races
This plan includes Yoga and Foundation work for your core, back, recovery & bike handling skills + 1 Whole Completely OFF day per week.
Includes CX Skills Rides on Tuesday with drills and then a Wednesday Worlds or Hard CX Specific Interval Workout on Wednesdays.
Openers for the races and endurance training if there is no racing on Sundays.
The plan includes a non competitive weekend after Halloween for the athlete to 're-load' and refresh to finish the season strong.
