Cross-Country MTB 12 Week Racing Plan

This is 12 week plan mtb race plan for the intermediate mountain biker targeting a Cross Country (2 hour) mtb races. It starts with some moderate aerobic work and continues builds each week with mountain bike specific intervals towards the goal race (with a rest week every few weeks). There is room in the program to add in some preparation races and plenty of time on the trails to help you prepare for a great race day!
