Cycling Base Period Jumpstart Plan by Stoller

Welcome to the Stoller Jumpstart Plan! The purpose of this 8 wk training plan is to take you from rider to athlete, on your journey you will be introduced to the benefits of periodization training plus gain a solid endurance base to work from. This plan is intended as an introduction to formal training and as such will work best for beginners to mid level riders. Riders with more than 2-3 solid years of riding should contact us at for a more advanced training program.
