Welcome to the Stoller Mini Jumpstart Plan! The purpose of this 2 wk training plan is to introduce you to the benefits of periodization training plus give you a good starting point for future training. This is a great plan to use in order to get your feet wet in proper training and see a nice little boost to your fitness. This plan is intended as an introduction to formal training and as such will work best for beginners to mid level riders.
