Cyclo-Cross Tune-Up (6-10 hr/week) - AVAILABLE IN NOVEMBER

This plan is designed to tune-up your cyclocross-specific fitness 1 2 months for the state championships on 6-10 hrs/week. It will take you through a 1 month build while racing and a month long peak phase to sharpen your new found fitness completely. You can get fatser while racing and be at your best for your goal race of the season.
