This plan is geared toward newer riders, less experienced riders, or riders getting back into shape. The plan uses simple language to describe the workouts so that no previous training experience is needed to begin. All of the scheduled rides are based on Distance or Duration so there is no extra training equipment needed. This simple but effective plan will prepare you to confidently approach the Denver Century Ride on June 18th, 2016. *Because some of the workouts call for Distance and others for Duration of time, the summary of this entire plan is not wholly reflective of the total training distances and times.
