This marathon plan features 4 quality workouts per week. Absolutely no junk mileage included! These workouts are interesting, efficient and will give you a marathon PR. Mileage total starts at 14 miles in first week and maxes out at 30 miles in week 17. Also included is an accurate test and directions on how to find your appropriate training paces. Geared towards runners who have done a couple of marathons but are looking for a new plan to take their training and racing to the next level.
