Ironman Lake Tahoe 2013 - (13hr/wk max)

This training plan has a maximum of 13 hours per week of training.This is the right programme if you are aiming to complete your first or second ironman distance race OR you wish to prepare for the event but still retain some semblance of normal life.You may not be ready yet to have a coach or cannot afford the regular coaching fees but nonetheless you wish to have some structure to your training programme
