Ironman Mont Tremblant 2013 (17hr/wk max)

This training plan has a maximum of 17 hours per week of training. Ideally it is designed for the triathlete who has probably completed 1-2 ironman distance races OR who has plenty of time available to train and recover from 17 hours per week. You may not be ready yet to have a coach or cannot afford the regular coaching fees but nonetheless you wish to have some structure to your training programme
