This plan is based around the first 10 weeks of the local Isle of Man road and time trial race season.
It includes the 10 league, Thursday handicaps, plus Sunday races.
This is aimed at those working full time who are able to train between 8-10 hours per week.
The workouts are structured around the race calendar with the focus on being fresh for race days.
This starts off with the first week leading into the first road event, and assumes you have already had a good build throughout the winter.
Training zones are based on power, with a threshold test in your first week to determine your specific zones.
