Leadman 125 Intermediate 25 week plan

This plan is designed for a triathlete with a few years of experience who is planning to race the "Leadman" 125 triathlon in either Bend, Oregon (my home town) or Tempe, Arizona.

The workouts in this plan focus specifically on the unique distance of the Leadman 125 races (2.5-kilometer swim • 106-kilometer bike • 12-kilometer run).
