Learn to Run (standard)

This group is ideal for anyone who is interested in learning to run or getting back into running safely. This is a 12 week, 3 day a week training plan that starts with 1 minute run intervals and gradually increases your run time and distance to 5km. If you are in the Elgin - St Thomas area we do offer group run time on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays at 8:30am, Wednesdays at 6:00pm and Saturdays at 8:00am (you can mix and match too if needed) from Sport in Port in beautiful Port Stanley, Ontario. We have several different pricing options starting for as little as $50 for this 12 week program.
