LOTOJA 2016 16 week Plan

LOTOJA Training Plan provides an outline for training for a successful ride on September 2016. The program hours range from 8-12hrs a week with a maximum of 15hrs during final preparation late July to mid-August, We recommend the use of either a heart rate monitor or a power meter to gauge intensity. The plan is periodized, building volume and/or intensity for 2 weeks with an easier week following. Each 3 week cycle will be progressively harder or longer.
