Noosa Triathlon 12 Week Training Program

Noosa Olympic Distance triathlon. This is designed for the individual who has completed a sprint triathlon. Starting with 6 hours a week and building each week to a maximum of 8 hours per week. All sessions can be adapted to suit the individual.
