Designed for novice triathletes, this plan will develop your fitness, confidence and race readiness for your target sprint distance race. Athletes who've followed this plan have conquered sprint triathlons all over the world.

IS THIS PLAN FOR YOU?

There are normally seven workouts per week, consisting of 2 swims, 2 cycles, 2 runs and a strength workout. There's a day off each week and taper phase to get you in peak race shape. With just six weeks to go you should already be able to swim 700 metres, ride 45 minutes and run 25 minutes (not all on the same day).
