Old Man Winter Rally Run

This 6 week plan is for runners with 5-8 hours per week to train who have entered the 2017 Old Man Winter Rally Run. We won't tell you which shoes to wear, but we can help you improve your aerobic engine so you're ready to run on race day, snow or shine! This plan assumes you work M-F, 9-5 and can perform short, structured workouts during the week with a little more time out on the trail on the weekends. There's also some Yoga videos to follow to ensure that you stay strong & injury-free! All you need to follow this plan is some running shoes, a stopwatch, and the determination to run in the cold!
