Welcome to the training plan for the Peak to Peak Winter Multisport Race. This plan has been designed and constructed by Sport Scientist and Performance Coach Matty Graham of Exponential Performance Coaching and provides a step by step guide to physically prepare beginner – intermediate athletes for the race. Using high quality training sessions this plan maximises training time, so you make the most of the precious day light hours during this time of the year.
This plan assumes athletes are starting the programme with a minimum fitness and skill level of being able to mountain bike, run, kayak and road bike for a minimum of 60 min at a steady pace.
