The reason we do it this way is so you can add the sessions to your own training peaks account as and when you want them.

Our philosophy around running is to focus on the quality of the session not just the distance. For this reason there are a lot of sessions that involved running at varying paces and intensities. There is of course the classic long easy run that can form the foundation of any solid run training.
In total you will have in excess of 40 run sessions that you will be able to use.
