This plan is an

duration. It is great for relatively new runners that haven't completed this distance. Your goal is to cross the finish line. The starting long run for this plan is 30 Minutes.

8:00 min/mi Race Pace:

9:00 min/mi Race Pace:
2:00 - 4:00Hours (about 12 - 25 Miles)
10:00 min/mi Race Pace:
2:00 - 4:00 Hours (about 11 - 23 Miles)
11:00 min/mi Race Pace:
2:00 - 4:00 Hours (about 10 - 21 Miles)
