Simple base training for Nov, Dec and January!

This is a simple cycling training plan for the months of November, December and January. Focusing primarily on fitness and strength conditioning, there will be bike and simple resistance training (that can be done at home or at the gym). This plan is great for any cyclist and doesn't take a lot of time to help fight the winter blues and stay in shape. Finishing at the end of January allows the rider to be ready for the increased training that comes with the pending racing season!
