Spring Classics 6 WEEK Training Plan

We have designed a training plan with you 'racing': Milan San Remo Ghent Wevelgem Tour of Flanders Paris-Roubaix Amstel Gold Fleche Wallone Liege Bastogne Liege On the day of each race we have prescribed a workout that mimics the demands of each race. For example, how to simulate the cobbles of the Roubaix and the "helligen's" of Flanders. You'll race each classic & semi-classic, recover during the week and have event specific interval workouts each week to prepare you for the upcoming Classic.
