This is a FREE two week sample training plan for triathletes considering if Team Oxygenaddict triathlon coaching is for you.
The plan contains 3 swims, 3 runs and 3 bike sessions each week, plus an optional alternate indoor trainer ride if weather prevents you training outside at the weekend.
It also includes sessions to test your FTP on the bike and CSS on the swim, to help you make the most of the plan. Also included on day 1 is a link to a video where coach Rob Wilby talks you through the aims of the plan, and how to make the most of your free two week plan.
