Alexandre Desemery has been running for three years, but has been serious about it since 2011 when he started training in the three sports and racing in several triathlons. He has been working with a coach since last year and is now preparing for Ironman Lake Placid 2012 with the help of professional athlete and coach Nigel Gray from NRG PT. Alexandre has already shaved an hour off of his half marathon time since he started running, and is now looking for further improvements while always keeping the “fun factor” of sport in mind.
