2011 was Craig Alexander’s year. After winning the Ironman 70.3 World Championship for the 2nd time he went on to win the Ironman World Championship for the third time, one of only four men to reach such an accomplishment. He’s the course record holder at Ironman Kona and the oldest male to win the event. Despite all Crowie’s successes he’s one of the humblest athletes around earning him the respect of fans and athletes from sports beyond triathlon.

March 13th, 2012 Bike File - Crowie won the inaugural Ironman Melbourne just 11 days after this key bike workout. Take a look at this 3hr ride where his peak 60-minute power was 247w avg, and 285 normalized power.
February 21st, 2012 Bike File - This ride is only 5 weeks out from the Ironman Asia-Pacific Championship in Melbourne. Craig rode 5hrs near Sydney, Australia which accumulated 264TSS points and he maintained 243 normalized power. He also added a 5-minute effort at 380w.
