Tom Holland, MS, CSCS is a renowned exercise physiologist and sports performance coach who has helped thousands of people around the world reach their fitness goals. He holds a Masters degree in Exercise Science and Sport Psychology and has been certified by the ACSM, NASM, NSCA AND ACE. Tom is the author of The 12-Week Triathlete and The Marathon Method and has also starred in numerous fitness videos.

Recently named one of the Top Ten Fitness Professionals in the Country by Women's Health Magazine, Tom is a frequent contributor to the media and has appeared on NBC, CNN Headline News and ABC's Good Morning America. Tom's workouts have been featured in dozens of magazines including Self, Men's Journal, Fitness, Women's Health, Men's Fitness, Shape, Fit and Oxygen. An elite endurance athlete himself, Tom has completed 15 Ironman Triathlons including races in China, Malaysia, New Zealand, Australia, South Korea and Germany. A member of PowerBar's Team Elite, Tom has run over 50 marathons and ultra marathons and is a sub-3 hour marathoner.
