Adam Hansen, 5th stage TDF

The longest day in this years TDF made for a long ride in the saddle at a relatively low intensity. Adam spent 40% of the stage in 'Active Recovery' zone. Loads of easy riding today, but since the stage was so long, definitely not an easy day!

The most exciting part of this file is the leadout of Mark Cavendish for the Stage win. Adam did a big job here in the final 13 miles with some serious pulls at the front and a big lead out at the end. Great job by Adam here.
