Chris Anker Sorensen has had a very successful season and continues to notch up impressive results despite suffering a broken collar bone just 7 weeks before the start of the Giro d'Italia. Chris went on to win stage 8 by riding away solo from a long breakaway.

In 2009 Chris started and finished the Tour de France for the first time. In the mountain stages he proved to be a valuable helper for Team Saxo Banks captain, Andy Schleck. In the last race of the year Chris showed his strength by winning Japan Cup.

Chris was kind enough to share his 2009 Tour de France SRM files with TrainingPeaks which can be seen and downloaded here.
